No. SCRP/1/2025-e-DIR-OBC & SC: In continuation of this Office notification vide No. A/4/NSP/OBC&SC-2024-25, dated 04/09/2024 and 19/09/2024, it is hereby informed to all concerned that, till date 1,428 students have not completed the required task of seeding Aadhaar with Bank account and enabling UID for DBT within the scheduled timeline. Consequently, the beneficiary status of these 1,428 students has been rejected again automatically due to the reasons “UID NEVER ENABLED FOR DBT” and “UID DISABLED FOR DBT”.
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched the Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler (BASE) platform, which facilitates Aadhaar seeding and de-seeding activities in a self-service mode for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). This platform is available on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) under the “Student Announcement” section at the following link: https://scholarships.gov.in/student-announcements.
The 1,428 students under the reject/fail category are requested to complete their Aadhaar seeding with their bank account by 30th November 2025, for the AYs 2022-23 & 2023-24 and by 31st December 2025 for the AY 2024-25 without fail.
Students are also advised to verify their Aadhaar and bank account seeding/ mapping status by visiting the websites: https://www.npci.org.in/ or https://uidai.gov.in/
