No. 3/SC-ECO/OBC&SC/2023-24:/421        Lower Tender Committee for considering the bids (technical and financial) received through NIT of even No. dated 19.08.2024 and Addendum of even No. dated 20.08.2024 for conducting Baseline Study on the Socio-Economic Conditions of Scheduled Castes (SC) Youth population in Manipur could not be opened on 11.09.2024 due to the prevailing Law and Order of the State.
